Visit Us In-Person
If you want to visit us for an in-person tutoring session, please visit us every Wednesday from 12:25 to 12:45 at Ms. Lualhati’s classroom (former Science Lab, Room 302). No registration is required for this visit. You will be automatically matched with the tutor that best fits your support requirements. Please visit us with all important materials (textbooks, worksheets, etc.) that you may require during tutoring.

If you want to visit us in person beyond our office hours or meet with us virtually, please visit our Calendly registration page (click here).
Please select the tutoring option of your choice: In-Person 1:1 Tutoring (<30 minutes @Upper Library), Online 1:1 Tutoring (<60 minutes), and Online 1:1 Tutoring (<30 minutes). Carefully consider your support requirements and availability and select the tutoring option that best suits your circumstances. After selecting your tutoring option, select the best date and time. Please note that you will be matched automatically to the tutor that best fits your support requirements and schedule; we do not guarantee that you be matched with a specific tutor of your choice.
Online tutoring is open from 6:00 AM to 23:30 PM (both weekdays and weekends), while in-person tutoring is available from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (weekdays only). If your requested schedule does not suit our tutoring schedule, you will be contacted individually via Calendly for a reschedule. Under “please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting,” please share all necessary information that can assist us in best supporting you during the limited time. Below is some required information that we request, but you may attach additional descriptions.

- Unit (e.g. Thermochemistry)
- Support Requirements (e.g. Homework Help; Exam Preparation)
After confirming your tutoring session, our automated Calendly program sends a confirmation email to your email address (check Spam if you didn’t receive one). You will receive both text (if you entered your phone number) and email reminders 30 minutes prior to the session. The Calendly program automatically adds your tutoring schedule to your Google Calendar. The meeting link (in case of online tutoring) can be found both in the confirmation email and the Google Calendar invite. If you registered for in-person tutoring, report to Upper Library by the schedule.

Important Notes and Policies
Please understand that PTC tutors are also students who dedicate a set amount of their spare time to support students in need. Thus, PTC strictly protects the mentor’s rights and safety. The session can be forfeited at the discretion of PTC under the following circumstances:
Please understand that PTC is not responsible for students’ academic performance. Should a mentee submit a complaint demanding PTC’s responsibility over his/her academic performance following a tutoring session, PTC holds no obligation to handle the situation.
- Failure to join the session (both online and in-person) promptly
- Failure to provide sufficient information via Calendly
- Expression of disrespect or dishonesty to the mentor
